Our service aims to generate consistent, viral LinkedIn posts which are then sent to the user via WhatsApp. Becca's goal is to enhance your LinkedIn presence by providing high-quality, engaging content.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation
To use Becca’s services, you must create an account. During the registration process, we collect the following information:

- Name: We collect your name to personalize your experience and facilitate communication.
- Email: We collect your email address to send you important information regarding your orders, updates, and communication.
- Payment Information: We collect payment details to securely process your orders. Note that we do not store your payment information on our servers. Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors.
- WhatsApp Number: We collect your WhatsApp number to send and receive messages related to creating trending LinkedIn posts.

- Professional Plan: This plan also includes a 7-day free trial and offers a higher volume of posts and additional features compared to the Starter Plan.
- On Demand Plan: This is a one-time purchase plan that allows users to buy credits for AI-generated posts without a subscription or free trial.

5.2 Billing Cycle
Subscription plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the user’s selection. The billing cycle begins on the day the user subscribes and renews automatically unless canceled.

5.3 Trial Period and Refunds
- A 7-day free trial is available for both the Starter and Professional subscription plans. During the trial period, users can access the full features of the chosen plan.
- No refunds are provided for the On Demand Plan once credits have been used. Users are encouraged to fully evaluate the service during the trial period before committing to a subscription or purchase.

Becca provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Becca disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Becca is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use the service.
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
- Any bugs, viruses, trojans, or similar issues that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service.

Becca's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the services or software in the last 12 months.

These Terms & Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
